Tending Our Gardens (Season 4)
Tending Our Gardens (Season 4)
On Our Mothers’ Gardens: a podcast we discuss the seeds our mothers have sowed in us, the ways that we have grown and how we have learned to blossom.
The Tending Our Gardens program will explore those themes and others in more depth over the course of the fourth season (January 2022 - May 2022).
On the first of each month during the program participants in Tending Our Gardens will receive:
A 15-minute Guided Meditation Recording
A Recommended Reading List
2 Affirmations
4 Journal Prompts
The newsletters are an invitation to take time for introspection, reflection, self-care, and growth. Participants will also receive a bonus newsletter at the close of the season on June 1st.
On the last Sunday of each month during the program participants will have the opportunity to engage in community care and discussion on a one hour call led by Satya.
Each call provides the opportunity to discuss the personal and collective impact of our experiences with being mothered, through the lens of the month’s themes, in a safe space.
The Investment
The cost for all five months of the program is $249, which is roughly $50/month. Participants are asked to commit to all 5 months of the program so that we can build rapport and trust among the group.
Please Note
While anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome to participate in Tending Our Gardens, the intention of the program is to uplift the voices and stories of Black women and other Women of Color.
